JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Administrative Support: Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling and organizing meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining filing systems.

  2. Project Assistance: Support the consultant team in managing and executing sustainability projects.

  3. Communication Handling: Manage correspondence with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flows.

  4. Data Entry and Management: Input and manage data related to sustainability projects, ensuring accuracy and organization.

  5. Document Preparation: Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents needed for project meetings and communications.

  6. Meeting Coordination: Help coordinate logistics for workshops, seminars, and meetings related to project activities.

  7. Research Support: Conduct preliminary research on sustainability topics to support ongoing projects.

  8. Compliance Tracking: Monitor and track project compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree; some positions may prefer or require an associate degree or coursework in business administration, environmental science, or a related field.

  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively correspond with team members and stakeholders.

  4. Organizational Abilities: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail.

  5. Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to assist with data entry and preliminary data analysis tasks.

  6. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems and contribute to developing effective solutions.

  7. Interest in Sustainability: A demonstrated interest in sustainability and environmental issues, willing to learn about the sector's regulations and best practices.
